LIC Agent – Experience, Mission & Vision

I began my journey as an LIC agent while pursuing my degree, with no prior work or communication experience. Through dedicated training from my Development Officer and the LIC Institute, I gradually developed my skills and confidence.

Year after year, I achieved high rankings in Lives, Sum Assured, and the number of policies. My name was embossed on the Golden List of agents at Yogakshem Office, a prestigious honour that I deeply value.

Even after privatisation brought changes to the insurance industry, I continued to succeed and earned C.M. Club Membership, remaining focused on serving policyholders with dedication. I also won several awards in competitions organised by the Branch and Division.

The support I received from my mentors, branch staff, and clients in proposals, policy servicing, and claims has been invaluable throughout my journey. The COVID period was particularly challenging, yet it strengthened my faith in LIC and its commitment to protecting families.

I am proud to be a Lician and remain committed to serving policyholders with trust, care, and dedication.
